The Role

Voor een ambitieus en snelgroeiend foodbedrijf in de regio Utrecht zijn we op zoek naar een Productie Manager die gedreven is om grootschalige productieprocessen en teams naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Als Productie Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het gehele productieproces, van grondstof tot eindproduct. Je geeft direct leiding aan 4 teamleiders en indirect aan een team van ongeveer 120 medewerkers. Je waarborgt een soepel, efficiënt en veilig productieproces met een focus op kwaliteit, kostenbeheersing en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Daarnaast speel je een cruciale rol in het optimaliseren van processen en het professionaliseren van de productieorganisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met afdelingen zoals QA, Technische Dienst en R&D om continue verbetering en innovatie te realiseren.

Vereisten

  • Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van een productieorganisatie (bij voorkeur in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie)
  • Sterke people management vaardigheden en natuurlijk leiderschap
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden op alle niveaus
  • Resultaatgericht, analytisch en gedreven in continue verbetering
