The Role
We are collaborating with a digital asset management firm to find a Senior Project Manager / UI/UX Designer. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development of institutional trading dashboards for a web3 platform, combining project management and design expertise to deliver an exceptional user experience.
The Role
You will lead the design and development of trading dashboards, ensuring they are user-friendly and effective. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to integrate both on-chain and off-chain data into intuitive interfaces, managing project timelines and resources, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders about project status and challenges.

- Lead the design and development of trading dashboards with a strong emphasis on UI/UX.

Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within digital asset management settings.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in blockchain, exchange, or brokerage environments.
- Strong UI/UX design skills, demonstrated through a relevant portfolio.
- Familiarity with dashboard design and decentralized finance (DeFi) products.
- Proficient in managing data integration from diverse sources, including on and off-chain.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
