The Role

The Role
Als Finance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhouding en administratie van Benfried en Alliance. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles accuraat is en kijkt vooruit naar toekomstige ontwikkelingen.
Responsibilities
- Beheren van crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie.
- Dagelijks bankbeheer.
- Algemene boekhouding, inclusief statutaire en groepsrapportages.
- Zorgen voor belastingnaleving.
- Beheer van activa en investeringsrapportages.
- Coördineren van interne en externe audits en opvolgen van actieplannen.
- Voorbereiden van managementrapportages volgens Arvesta-standaarden.
- Uitvoeren van variatie- en margeanalyses om risico’s en kansen te identificeren.
- Coördineren van het budget- en LE-proces.
- Monitoren van cashflow en werkkapitaal.
- Implementeren van procesverbeteringen en innovaties.
Requirements
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen finance.
- Sterke vaardigheden in stakeholdermanagement.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset.
- Ervaring met change management en procesoptimalisatie.
- Diepgaande kennis van boekhouding en administratie.
