Vacaturesamenvatting
Als farmaceutisch medewerker draag je bij aan de patiëntenzorg door medicatie voor te bereiden en patiënten persoonlijk te ondersteunen. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving met afwisselende locaties en werktijden.
Over het Bedrijf
De poliklinische apotheken van het Antonius Ziekenhuis bevinden zich in Nieuwegein, Utrecht en Woerden. Je komt te werken in een enthousiast team van ongeveer 80 collega's. We zijn voortdurend in ontwikkeling en bieden zorg voor patiënten met specialistische medicatie.
De Rol
Je werkt samen met apothekers en assistenten om farmaceutische zorg te waarborgen voor patiënten die ontslagen worden uit het ziekenhuis, op de dagbehandeling komen, of thuis behandeld worden.
