In addition to client work, you will help develop our programs and organization. Roles will evolve based on Crest's needs and the strengths and ambitions of the team.

• Facilitate leadership and organizational development programs in both Dutch and English; our leadership programs typically span nine months.
• Explore development questions with clients and colleagues, translating them into appropriate programs, interventions, and methodologies.
• Foster a learning environment where participants share experiences, challenge each other constructively, and apply insights in their work.
• Continuously enhance existing programs and collaboratively design new ones with colleagues.
• Clearly align expectations, progress, and next steps with clients and other stakeholders.

You might identify as a trainer, team coach, facilitator, program designer, or organization development practitioner. The specific title is less important than your ability to facilitate groups professionally and translate development questions into effective formats.

• Proven experience in independently facilitating groups, teams, and learning or change processes.
• The ability to work with what emerges in a group while maintaining focus on the program's backbone.
• A curiosity about behavior, motivations, and the impact of the broader organizational context.
• A natural connection with pragmatic, technically adept professionals.
• A passion for contributing to a growing and evolving organization.
• Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.
• Experience in the maritime, offshore, or technical sectors is a plus, but not essential.

• A diverse role at the intersection of facilitation, leadership development, and organizational development.

• Engagement with a wide range of audiences in an international, technical, and hands-on sector: from young professionals to seasoned leaders, and from project teams to management groups.

• A small (growing) team of three permanent colleagues and a broader network of freelance facilitators, with clear responsibilities and significant room for initiative.
• Potential for employee participation over time: contributing to and sharing in Crest’s ongoing development.

• Hours: Our preference is for 32–40 hours per week. A 24-hour workweek may be considered if we can clearly define the role's scope together.
• Location: Schiedam, with travel to clients and external locations.
• Start date: To be agreed upon, preferably before 1 February 2027.
• Salary range: €4,700–€6,500 gross per month based on a 40-hour week, depending on your experience, level of independence, and the breadth of the role.
