The Role
Joveo is a truly AI-first company, leveraging advanced machine learning, real-time bidding, and predictive analytics within our recruitment advertising platform to facilitate millions of hiring decisions. We are seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems that underpin our global recruitment advertising infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready code throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend and/or frontend software systems
- Write clean, tested, and well-documented code in accordance with team standards
- Engage in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
- Quickly debug and resolve production issues with precision
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams during agile sprint cycles
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering quality
Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, JavaScript)
- Experience in building and maintaining scalable, distributed systems
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative engineering mindset
