Responsibilities

• Transcribe and annotate videos in Latvian, ensuring accurate timestamps and content fidelity.
• Identify and articulate the emotional tone and intent of speakers, providing in-depth analysis of delivery and nuance.
• Evaluate and interpret advanced grammar, vocabulary, and contextual language aspects.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing linguistic and emotional insights for the content delivered.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance project standards and linguistic guidelines.
• Conduct complex language tasks, leveraging extensive knowledge of Latvian linguistics.
• Maintain prompt, clear, and professional communication in both written and verbal forms.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in both Latvian and English, with the ability to switch fluidly between the two languages.
• Proven expertise in transcription, annotation, and linguistic analysis.
• Strong understanding of advanced grammar, semantics, and tone identification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented reporting.
• Prior experience with language-related tasks, ideally in a digital or remote environment.
• Ability to accurately outline and explain conceptual meanings and language structures.
• Willingness to commit at least 15 hours per week to language projects.
