The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager/Specialist who will take charge of our marketing funnel. You will collaborate directly with the founder to strategize and execute marketing initiatives swiftly and effectively. Your expertise in creating high-converting landing pages and lead magnets will be crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Launch and test paid offers (e.g., micro-guides) to quickly generate leads.
  • Funnel Development: Create simple funnels that convert leads into hiring clients.
  • Content Repurposing: Transform our 75-page Offshore Hiring Playbook into effective micro-guides and short-form offers.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage high-performing email campaigns (opt-ins, nurture sequences, newsletters, etc.).
  • Partnerships: Oversee newsletter sponsorships and partnership campaigns, identifying new opportunities.
  • Analysis & Optimization: Monitor metrics, identify successful strategies, and rectify underperforming areas using GA4, dashboards, and KPIs.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in building and managing full marketing funnels (ads → landing page → nurture → sale), preferably in a B2B context.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major ad platform (Meta, LinkedIn, Google).
  • Proficiency in building landing pages using ClickFunnels, WordPress, or similar tools.
  • Strong skills in list management, sequences, and broadcasts (ActiveCampaign experience is a plus).
  • Experience in writing or repurposing content for conversion (lead magnets, micro-guides, short-form offers).
  • Confidence in using GA4, dashboards, and KPIs to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to launch and test campaigns independently without needing a designer or developer.
  • A bias for speed and action, with a focus on launching MVPs quickly and iterating.
  • Recent examples of utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing execution.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in managing newsletter sponsorships and tracking conversions.
  • Background in an agency, SaaS, or service business.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Zapier, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with systems that drive referrals and repeat customers.
  • A personal interest in remote work, hiring, or entrepreneurship.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and CRO (a plus, not a strict requirement).

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of $3,000–$4,000+/month (gross, independent contractor basis).
  • Fully remote work environment.
