Four other EU states have Cooperation Agreements with ESA: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus and Malta.

The Role

We are enhancing ESA's HR Recruitment Hub to meet the Agency's expanding recruitment needs and to ensure efficient, high-quality sourcing and recruitment. We seek talent acquisition experts to serve as strategic partners in sourcing and recruitment for designated business areas, while actively implementing ESA's talent acquisition strategy and addressing the needs of the business areas.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and the Workforce Management Office to create a more agile HR function that attracts diverse, high-quality talent. Reporting to the Head of the Recruitment Hub, you will be instrumental in executing recruitment activities across the Agency, managing the full recruitment process including selection coordination and candidate management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment activities aligned with business priorities in collaboration with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
  • Translate ESA's strategic objectives into actionable hiring and selection approaches.
  • Participate in recruitment campaigns consistent with ESA’s Job Architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies during the selection process for high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Oversee key HR initiatives related to hiring and internal mobility.
  • Design and deliver a seamless candidate journey to position ESA as an employer of choice.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through market insights and creative sourcing.
  • Analyze recruitment data to improve efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with HR and external partners to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster growth within the team.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or Psychology, with 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment processes in specialized labor markets.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Experience in data analytics is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting in engineering, scientific, or technical fields.
