MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam Amstel is seeking a passionate F&B Supervisor to enhance our guest experience. In this role, you will oversee service shifts for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar sections, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.

The Role

As an F&B Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Organizing service shifts efficiently for all meal sections
Hiring, training, and coaching team members
Managing breakfast lists and payment checks
Ensuring a continuously stocked buffet during opening hours
Preparing for the next shift and day (Mise en Place)
Collaborating with the Assistant Hotel Manager to increase revenue across all subdepartments
Covering shifts as needed and adapting your schedule flexibly
Participating in training to stay updated on industry developments
Developing product ranges
Conducting monthly inventory stock control independently

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in the tourism, F&B, or hospitality industry
Fluent in English; local language skills are a plus
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
High service orientation with efficient and structured work habits
Independent and flexible approach to work
