As our F&B Supervisor, you will be at the heart of the action, guiding the team through each shift while ensuring high energy and smooth service. You will set the tone on the floor, support your crew during busy times, and ensure our guests leave with a smile. Collaborating closely with the Café Manager, you will help new team members find their rhythm and keep daily operations running efficiently.

• Lead the front-of-house team during service, creating a positive and upbeat atmosphere.
• Guide your crew on the floor, assisting them in resolving small issues as they arise.
• Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure smooth daily operations by checking setups, stock, cleanliness, and safety.
• Engage with guests on the floor and assist where needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and report any irregularities.
• Share shift targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service flow.

Wat Je Hebt

• 2 years of experience in a shift leader role, confidently leading a team during service.
• Clear communication and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail to maintain consistent service quality.
• Genuine hospitality energy and enjoyment in guest-facing roles.
• Ability to work well with diverse teams and lead by example.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
