The Role
As an F&B Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth organization of service shifts across all dining sections. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching team members, managing the breakfast list and payment checks, and ensuring a continuously stocked buffet during opening hours. You will also prepare for upcoming shifts, seek to increase revenue across all subdepartments, and assist in shift coverage when necessary. Keeping up with the latest developments and performing monthly inventory stock control independently will also be part of your responsibilities.

Your Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the tourism, F&B, or hospitality industry
- Fluent in English; local language skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
