Grupo Hotusa is seeking F&B Service Staff (obers / serveerster) for the opening service team of a new hotel in Rotterdam, Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering attentive, friendly, and professional service in the restaurant, bar, or at events. Your daily tasks will include:

• Taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Supporting upselling initiatives and promoting menu items.
• Coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Ensuring compliance with service standards and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Experience in F&B service roles is required.
• Experience in openings is valued.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
