We are currently seeking F&B Service Staff (obers / serveerster) to join the opening service team of our new hotel in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and professional service in our restaurant, bar, or during events. Your daily tasks will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will also maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas, support upselling initiatives, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service while adhering to service standards and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B service roles.
• Experience in hotel openings is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential.
