The Role

As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for leading the complete opening and setup of the Food & Beverage department. This includes overseeing restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting operations, as well as developing and implementing the F&B strategy to maximize revenue and enhance guest satisfaction. You will recruit, train, and lead the F&B team, manage budgets, control costs, handle purchasing, and maintain supplier relations. Ensuring compliance with brand standards, hygiene regulations, and safety protocols is essential, along with coordinating with the kitchen, events, and hotel management teams. You will also drive innovation, upselling initiatives, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience as F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in 4/5-star hotels.
• Experience in hotel openings is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
• Passion for hospitality and team development.
