We are seeking an F&B Manager to be part of the opening team for a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

The Role:

You will lead the complete opening and setup of the Food & Beverage department, overseeing restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting operations. You will develop and implement the F&B strategy to maximize revenue and enhance guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will recruit, train, and lead the F&B team, manage budgets, cost control, purchasing, and supplier relations, while ensuring compliance with brand standards, hygiene regulations, and safety protocols. You will coordinate with the kitchen, events, and hotel management teams, driving innovation, upselling initiatives, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in 4/5-star hotels.
• Experience in hotel openings is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
• Passion for hospitality and team development.
