Als extrusie operator in een 5-ploegendienst produceer je dagelijks 250 drainageputten. Je krijgt de vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om het proces zelf vorm te geven, met een focus op het behalen van de productiedoelen.
In deze rol als extrusie operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het produceren van kunststof infraproducten. Je werkt in een moderne werkplaats met een mix van nieuwe en oude machines en hebt volop kansen voor ontwikkeling en groei binnen het bedrijf.
Wij zijn een productieorganisatie die zich richt op het vervaardigen van kunststof infraproducten. Ons team bestaat uit 87 collega's, waarvan de meeste zijn opgeleid tot operator. Door de uitbreiding van onze productiecapaciteit zijn we op zoek naar extra extrusie operators.
Je zult de extrusiemachines instellen, afstellen en bedienen, kwaliteitsproeven uitvoeren en visuele inspecties doen. Daarnaast onderhoud je jouw machines, los je kleine storingen op en help je bij het ombouwen van de machines. Een correcte ploegenoverdracht is ook onderdeel van je taken.
