Bij DYKA Nederland, een toonaangevende producent van kunststof leidingsystemen, ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het soepel verloop van het productieproces. Je helpt bij het instellen en opstarten van de extrusielijn aan het begin van een productieopdracht en voert een eerste visuele controle uit, zodat monsters naar de kwaliteitsafdeling worden gestuurd. Na goedkeuring kan de productie verder gaan.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Continu toezicht houden op de lijn en het product tijdens de productie.
- Met meetapparatuur controleren of het product aan de specificaties voldoet.
- Proces bijsturen bij afwijkingen en kleine storingen zelf oplossen.
- Extrusielijnen instellen, opstarten en ombouwen voor nieuwe producties.
- Kwaliteit van geproduceerde buizen controleren en producten afkeuren of bewerken indien nodig.
- Eerste lijn storingen verhelpen en grotere technische problemen doorgeven aan de juiste collega.
- Productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens registreren en helpen bij het verpakken en intern transporteren van het eindproduct.
