AI Training
SME Careers is seeking professionals in explosives and energetic materials to conduct audits on AI models' responses to sensitive questions. In this role, you will receive user requests and analyze the answers from three different AI models. Your tasks will include classifying the request as benign, dual-use, or adversarial, determining the safety of each answer, ranking them, and providing an ideal response. For dual-use requests, you will also identify the sensitivity, legitimate purposes, and appropriate audience for the information.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for commercial blasting engineers, mining or quarry explosives specialists, military or police EOD and bomb technicians, energetic materials or propellant chemists, post-blast investigators, forensic examiners, and explosives safety officers or regulators (such as ATF, HSE, DoD explosives safety, or equivalent). Candidates should typically hold a relevant degree or certification and have five or more years of hands-on professional experience.
