We are looking for a highly professional and service-oriented Executive Butler to enhance our luxury hospitality team in Dubai. This position is tailored for individuals who excel in anticipating guest needs and delivering top-tier service.

The Role

As an Executive Butler, you will provide personalized and discreet services to VIP guests, ensuring an unparalleled luxury experience. Your responsibilities will include coordinating guest arrivals and departures, managing requests efficiently, and liaising with various departments to ensure flawless service delivery.

• Deliver personalized and discreet butler services to VIP guests, ensuring an exceptional luxury experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences, providing proactive and tailored service.
• Coordinate guest arrival and departure experiences, including room preparations and special requests.
• Manage and oversee guest requests efficiently, ensuring prompt execution.
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and guest privacy at all times.
• Assist with special occasions, events, and VIP amenities arrangements.
• Monitor guest preferences and maintain accurate records for personalized service.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, luxury hospitality protocols, and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Officer, or in a similar luxury hospitality role.
• Previous experience in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or private residences is preferred.
• Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills to engage professionally with international guests.
• Professional fluency in English is mandatory; additional European languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish, Turkish, or Russian) are a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and VIP guest expectations.

• Salary: AED 3,000.

Work Schedule
