About the Company
Hi, I'm Jay, and I run Jay Bacrania, an executive coaching and consulting firm based just outside Boston. My mission is to support business leaders and their teams in overcoming challenges, gaining clarity, and driving meaningful progress to enhance their companies' revenue and profitability. Coaching is my passion, and I prioritize building strong, thoughtful relationships with my clients.
The Role
As my Executive Assistant, your primary goal will be to rebuild our systems with an AI-first approach while taking over administrative duties. This position involves managing my inbox and calendar, coordinating with clients and vendors, running independent projects, and handling personal administration tasks, such as scheduling appointments and planning family trips. You'll also be responsible for optimizing existing SOPs using Claude, identifying automation opportunities, and providing responsive support during the workday.
This role requires approximately 30-35 hours per week, treated as full-time. Solid overlap with US Eastern Time is essential, ideally from 10am-5pm ET, though I am open to earlier hours if necessary.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need:
- Prior administrative or Executive Assistant experience, ideally early to mid-career
- Fluency and comfort with AI, specifically Claude, for building automations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Trustworthy, handling sensitive information with care
- Strong relational and communication skills, approachable and easy to work with
- Comfortable holding me accountable and following up persistently
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting an executive at a higher level across business and admin functions
What We Offer
- Salary of $1,800-$2,250 per month, based on experience
- Full-time (30-35 hours/week) position
