The Role

As an Events Coordinator in the Marketing & Communication Department for Cartier Benelux & Nordics, you will report to the PR & Events Manager. Your role involves coordinating and executing the event strategy across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, and Denmark, focusing on delivering memorable client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the annual event strategy and calendar for Benelux & Nordics.
• Compile event requests and define objectives, target audience, and KPIs.
• Identify innovative event concepts to enhance client acquisition and engagement.
• Coordinate logistics for events including product launches, boutique activations, and VIP client events.
• Manage venue sourcing, catering, audiovisual production, and staffing.
• Provide on-site support for events and ensure adherence to Cartier standards.
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Commercial teams on guest selection and engagement metrics.
• Oversee event operations during setup, execution, and dismantling phases.
• Monitor event expenditures and manage budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Analyze event effectiveness and prepare post-event reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management or project management, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management and CRM tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch and/or relevant languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) is an asset.
