As an Evening Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to ensure an excellent experience for our guests and members while managing requests promptly.
The Role:
In this role, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Vacuum rooms and corridors.
- Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities in accordance with company guidelines.
- Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks.
- Restock and maintain the cleaning trolley daily.
- Be environmentally conscious and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Manage guest requests efficiently.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
- Carry out lost property procedures.
- Assist other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships.
