De Rol

Samen met jouw ploeg ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van onze geautomatiseerde productieprocessen. Jouw taken zijn onder andere:

Grondstoffen beheren: Je zorgt voor de aanwezigheid van grondstoffen en halffabricaten, bereidt oplossingen en bedient het productiebesturingssysteem.
Werkplanning uitvoeren: Je zet de productieplanning om in werkopdrachten en coördineert de operationele werkzaamheden.
Kwaliteit bewaken: Je neemt productiemonsters, voert analyses uit en definieert instructies voor afstelling en opwerking. Je bewaakt de status van de laboratoriumapparatuur en valideert analyseresultaten.
Storingen oplossen: Je signaleert storingen, controleert veiligheidsmaatregelen door inspectie en rapporteert afwijkingen. Indien nodig stel je de situatie veilig en voer je eenvoudige onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit.
Ondersteunen van onderhoud: Je ondersteunt het onderhoudsteam, bijvoorbeeld tijdens shutdowns.
Optimalisatie en veiligheid: Je werkt volgens de voorschriften en doet aanbevelingen om de productie-efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid te verbeteren.

Jouw profiel

Wij zoeken een ervaren en enthousiaste professional met:

Meerdere jaren ervaring als proces operator.
Een afgeronde Operator B of C of MBO procestechniek opleiding is een must.
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de chemische industrie.
Een diploma Bedrijfsbrandweer Manschap, of bereidheid om dit te behalen.
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken (6 dagen werken, 4 dagen vrij).
