AutoUncle operates at the intersection of data and the automotive retail industry, providing insights that empower marketplaces, OEMs, banks, and dealer groups to make informed commercial decisions. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be the face of AutoUncle for enterprise accounts across Europe, responsible for building a robust sales pipeline and engaging with senior buyers to close deals. You will utilize AI tools to enhance your outreach and content creation, while also actively participating in industry events to boost visibility and generate leads.

De Rol

In this role, you will independently manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signing, engaging with diverse stakeholders including CMOs, Heads of Digital, and Founders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Running the complete enterprise sales cycle, from cold outreach to signed contracts.
• Building and managing a pipeline across various buyer types: marketplaces, OEMs, banks, agencies, and large dealer groups.
• Leveraging AI for outbound research, account preparation, and pipeline analysis.
• Publishing original content on LinkedIn to establish your presence and attract inbound interest.
• Hosting webinars and attending industry events to enhance visibility and convert it into pipeline opportunities.
• Traveling regularly across Europe for customer meetings and events.

You will be part of a close-knit team working alongside leadership, specifically with Katarina B. Tökölyova, Lead, Global Marketplace & Partnership CSM.

Vereisten

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record as a hunter.
• Experience building your own pipeline in a scale-up environment.
• Familiarity with multiple European markets and their buying cultures.
• Proficient use of AI in your daily work.
• Active LinkedIn presence and comfort with public speaking.
• Background in ad-tech, martech, or automotive is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in a second European language (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, or French) is preferred but not required.

Wat Succes Ervoor Stelt

• Na 3 maanden: Onboarded, solide productkennis, targetaccounts geïdentificeerd, eerste afspraken geboekt, LinkedIn-profiel geoptimaliseerd, eerste AI-gedreven outboundsequentie actief.
• Na 6 maanden: Gekwalificeerde pipeline opgebouwd in ten minste twee niet-kernmarkten, gesloten deals, persoonlijke bezoeken geboekt/uitgevoerd.
• Na 12 maanden: Doelstellingen voor nieuwe MRR/ARR behaald, gesloten enterprise deals in niet-kernmarkten, herkenbare aanwezigheid in één of twee segmenten.
