Als de eerste Enterprise Account Executive ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige salescyclus van grote, complexe deals — je vormgeeft de go-to-market strategie en product-markt fit vanaf de grond af samen met product- en klantensuccess teams.

Wat Je Gaat Doen

Beheer de complete enterprise salescyclus van prospecting tot closing en accountuitbreiding.
Bouw en beheer een pijplijn van grote enterprise prospects in heel Europa, gericht op besluitvormers op grote schaal.
Ontwikkel diepgaande relaties met CTO's, CPO's, engineering leiders en andere belangrijke stakeholders.
Coördineer cross-functionele teams om complexe deals te navigeren en een soepele onboarding en succes van klanten te waarborgen.
Verzamel klantinzichten en geef deze terug aan het productteam om de product-markt fit te verfijnen.

Wat We Zoeken

Meer dan 5 jaar ervaring in enterprise sales met complexe technische producten voor grote organisaties.
Bewezen staat van dienst in het sluiten van grote, multi-stakeholder deals in snel bewegende, competitieve omgevingen.
Sterke technische kennis en het vermogen om op hun voorwaarden met engineering en productleiding te communiceren.
Ervaring met het beheren van de volledige enterprise salescyclus — van leadgeneratie tot closing en uitbreiding.
Ervaring met het bouwen en beheren van robuuste enterprise pijplijnen en het consistent behalen van ambitieuze doelen.
Vaardig in het coördineren van cross-functionele teams om complexe deals te realiseren.
Zelfstarter mentaliteit met het vermogen om te gedijen in ambiguïteit en structuur vanaf nul te creëren.
Ervaring met verkopen in de Europese enterprise markten is een sterke plus.
Achtergrond in identiteit, fintech of betalingssectoren is voordelig.

Locatie

Gevestigd in Amsterdam, Nederland. Zowel on-site als remote regelingen worden overwogen. Visa-sponsoring is niet beschikbaar.
