As the driving force behind the engineering team, you will coach and motivate mechanical and electrical engineers, ensuring optimal performance. Your leadership in machine construction will guide projects to successful completion while maintaining quality and budget.
Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter het engineeringteam! Met jouw natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten weet je precies hoe je de mechanische en elektro engineers én de technisch schrijver/veiligheidsspecialist kunt coachen en motiveren. Je bent een ervaren leidinggevende in de machinebouw en hebt een scherp oog voor wie je op welk project zet, waardoor je team altijd optimaal presteert. Jij zorgt ervoor dat planningen kloppen, budgetten strak in de gaten worden gehouden, en dat ieder project succesvol wordt afgerond. Jouw aanpak? Praktisch en doelgericht. Je zorgt dat je alle informatie op orde hebt, houdt het overzicht en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende vragen van collega’s en klanten. Ook in hectische tijden behoud jij de rust en weet je jouw team op koers te houden.
