We are looking for an Engineering Lead to manage and develop an engineering team in a fully remote setting. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–10 engineers to achieve product roadmap goals.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, growth discussions, and performance evaluations.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new engineering talent.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on architectural and technical decisions.
• Work alongside product and design teams for planning, scoping, and delivery.
• Establish engineering practices, standards, and team rituals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in software engineering, including at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven experience leading teams that consistently deliver high-quality software.
• Strong technical expertise and credibility among senior engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in hiring, developing, and nurturing engineering talent.
• Ability to balance technical contributions with leadership responsibilities.
