As the EMEA Merchandising Program Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive operational management of Sonos' point-of-sale estate throughout the EMEA region. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a strategic overview, managing 3,800+ displays across 17 countries. You will work at the intersection of global marketing, regional commercial teams, and external agencies, translating the global retail toolkit into structured briefs for agency partners while ensuring compliance with standards and timelines.

De Rol

In this role, you will connect strategy with execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned to meet Sonos' standards at the store level. Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end management of the EMEA POS program, overseeing agency execution for display rollouts, installations, and dismantling across all markets.
• Leading cross-functional coordination with Finance, Legal, and regional Commercial Marketing teams.
• Managing the EMEA POS budget, including forecasting and tracking expenditures across vendors.
• Executing new product introduction (NPI) POS retrofits and rollouts, coordinating regional requirements and installation partners.
• Briefing and evaluating all EMEA POS production and installation partners, driving continuous improvement across the supply base.
• Standardizing reporting across agency partners to enhance operational visibility and business intelligence.
• Coordinating POS artwork production, agency briefings, and translation workflows across markets.

Vereisten

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, POS, or visual merchandising program management, preferably in consumer electronics or premium FMCG.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-market programs across EMEA, including agency management and budget oversight.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget ownership and finance reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with partners and senior leadership.

Nice to Have

• Fluency in a second European language (German or French preferred).
