We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our lifecycle and campaign email programs. This position is responsible for ensuring high deliverability, effective segmentation, and conducting experiments to boost open rates, clicks, and revenue.

The Role

As an Email Marketing Manager, you will:

• Plan and execute lifecycle, nurture, and broadcast email campaigns.
• Build and maintain segmentation and dynamic content logic.
• Manage email automation workflows and triggers.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times.
• Monitor deliverability, list health, and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with content, design, and growth teams on integrated campaigns.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Customer.io, or Iterable.
• A strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email.
• Familiarity with deliverability and email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Excellent copy instincts and analytical skills.
