In this role, you will oversee the rollout of our newsletter and paid media campaigns, focusing on acquisition and retention strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing daily newsletter designs and customer flows, as well as paid media advertisements on platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from the e-commerce and marketing teams, customer service, purchasing, and administration. Additionally, you will maintain product offerings for both channels and work to enhance online sales conversion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CRM roadmap and build customer loyalty through Klaviyo.
• Implement our business and marketing plan, along with the budget for our paid media strategy on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Expand our presence in emerging markets.
• Analyze sales figures and website data for monthly reporting.
• Serve as a sparring partner for the team and management.
• Develop new initiatives and identify opportunities to generate more online business.
• Expand, monitor, analyze, and optimize CRM KPIs and innovate product offerings through newsletters.
• Collaborate with the director to track weekly newsletter performance, analyze trends, and drive growth.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HBO+).
• Hands-on attitude, independent, team player, accurate, and flexible.
• At least 4 years of experience as a newsletter and/or paid media specialist.
• Experience with Klaviyo (or Clang, Mailchimp).
• Familiarity with Meta advertisements.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Shopify is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Organized and structured approach to work and reporting.
• Proven commercial experience in e-commerce.
• Knowledge of products and technologies related to innovation and optimization.
• Strong understanding of online marketing and audience targeting.
• Sense for commercial promotions and a passion for fashion and apparel.
• Experience and knowledge in SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with web and email analytics.
