RWE Generation NL is looking for an Electrical Discipline Engineer to join our Gas Cluster in Maasbracht as soon as possible in a full-time, permanent position. Within the Operations & Maintenance department, consisting of a Maintenance Manager, Engineers, Maintenance Coordinators, and Technicians, you will be the primary contact for your field of expertise. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance of the installations.

As an Electrical Discipline Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical integrity, reliability, and availability of electrical installations within your discipline, both in the short and long term. You will manage and optimize the Installation Management Concept (IBC), perform fault analyses, and initiate technical improvements to continuously enhance the performance of the installations. You will translate maintenance strategies into preventive maintenance plans, prioritize corrective maintenance, and monitor optimal use of the maintenance budget. You will prepare technical modifications, oversee their execution, and ensure up-to-date and complete technical documentation management. You will be trained to become a Work Responsible (WV) and Operational Installation Responsible (OIV) in relation to BEI HS/LS. Once appointed, you will be responsible for executing the associated tasks within your discipline. You will provide technical expertise for projects, inspections, revisions, and fault investigations, working closely with the central Engineering & Revision organization. You will manage maintenance contracts, report to the Manager Operations & Maintenance, and focus on achieving the Maintenance KPIs.

Vereisten

• Completed HBO or academic education in Energy Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical field, with HBO work and thinking level.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in an industrial or energy-related environment.
• Demonstrable experience with HS/LS installations, including 10 kV, 400 V, and 690 V installations, transformers, switching and distribution equipment, UPS, and battery systems.
• Experience with SAP PM, particularly in developing and managing preventive maintenance plans.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical standards, including NEN 1010, NEN 3140, and NEN 3840.
• Proficiency in Dutch and good communication skills in English and German.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical issues into practical and sustainable solutions.
