The Role

In this position, you will:

• Welcome guests warmly and help them feel comfortable.
• Take orders, serve dishes, and provide menu recommendations with confidence.
• Ensure smooth operations by anticipating needs before they arise.
• Communicate effectively with bar and kitchen staff for perfect service.
• Address questions and requests with friendly problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized station, ready for action.
• Support colleagues during busy periods to foster a great team dynamic.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality roles, or a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
• A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
