We are currently looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead the training strategy, program development, and delivery for a reputable international training center across the EMEA region. This full-time remote position is open to candidates located in EMEA.

The Role

As the Training Manager, you will design, manage, and enhance professional training programs for diverse audiences across various markets. This role combines strategic planning, instructional expertise, and operational leadership in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in adult learning, international training delivery, and managing trainers, programs, and stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training strategies that align with organizational goals and client needs.
• Design, manage, and update training programs, curricula, and learning pathways.
• Oversee the delivery of virtual and blended training programs across EMEA.
• Manage trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts (remote teams).
• Ensure training quality, consistency, and effectiveness of learning.
• Monitor training KPIs, learner feedback, and program outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to tailor training solutions.
• Manage training schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and international training best practices.
• Stay informed about learning technologies, instructional design trends, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in training, learning & development, or professional education.
• Proven experience managing training programs in an international or regional context.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with virtual learning platforms and LMS tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs across different countries and time zones.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
