The Role
Ben jij gepassioneerd door tuinieren en heb je een uitgebreide kennis van buitenplanten? Dan hebben wij de ideale functie voor jou! We zoeken een enthousiaste medewerker die zijn of haar liefde voor tuinieren wil delen met onze klanten. Jij beschouwt de buitenafdeling als jouw verantwoordelijkheid en zorgt ervoor dat alles perfect in orde is. Je vindt het een uitdaging om het beste advies te geven aan klanten.
In de lente en zomer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de buitenafdeling, met een focus op vaste planten en heesters. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt, van de presentatie en kwaliteit tot de netheid van de afdeling. Je speelt in op seizoenen, trends en acties door het assortiment te wisselen en adviseert klanten proactief.
Als je jezelf herkent in deze beschrijving en houdt van een gezellige werksfeer, dan ben je van harte welkom in ons deskundige team. Je werktijden zijn flexibel en we bepalen je beschikbaarheid in overleg. Je werkt regelmatig op een weekenddag (zaterdag of zondag).
