This position presents an exciting opportunity for a talented Social Media Manager to manage and expand multiple client accounts for a creative visual communications agency. You will oversee 5–10 social media profiles, ensuring daily engagement and consistency in brand voice across platforms. A proactive approach to content planning, community management, and performance analysis is essential, along with close collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute structured monthly content strategies customized for each client account.
• Collaborate with the design team for timely creation and delivery of visual assets.
• Schedule and consistently publish posts across all assigned platforms.
• Monitor and promptly respond to messages, comments, and community interactions.
• Engage with client communities to build positive relationships and brand loyalty.
• Prepare and present detailed monthly performance reports for each account.
• Maintain organized documentation and workflow processes using Notion and Google Workspace.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Advanced proficiency in Notion, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated capability to create engaging content and enhance community engagement.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance reporting.
• Availability for 35–40 hours per week.
