The Role

DHL Supply Chain is seeking motivated Logistics Warehouse Operatives to join their team in Weert. As part of a small team of 10 to 15 individuals, you will play a crucial role in the logistics process, handling tasks such as loading and unloading goods, order picking, quality checks, and preparing shipments.

Working Schedule

Full-time positions (40 hours per week) with a rotating two-shift pattern:

  • Week 1: 06:00 – 15:00
  • Week 2: 15:00 – 00:00 Occasional weekend work flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload goods using Electric Pallet Trucks (EPT)
  • Perform physical warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 20kg
  • Pick orders using scanners
  • Utilize software such as SAP, Excel, and Outlook
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing goods
  • Conduct quality and damage control checks

Requirements

  • Experience in a logistics environment (preferred but not essential)
  • MHE certification (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Reliable transportation (car or bike) for shift hours
  • Good physical fitness and ability to lift up to 20kg
  • Flexible and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
