The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the internal IT environment, supporting the 3rd line team in implementing new solutions, and managing 2nd line tickets from the business.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and support the internal IT infrastructure with a focus on system reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with CISOs to drive ongoing security improvements and implement protective measures.
  • Support both 1st and 3rd line teams by resolving tickets and contributing to IT projects that enhance the overall environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in system administration within medium to large environments, supporting IT operations and implementing infrastructure improvements.
  • Fluency in English (Dutch or Swedish is a plus).
  • Technical skills: AZ-500 or SC-900 certification.
  • Strong understanding of security and authorization principles.
  • Proficiency in Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Windows Server, and Linux.
  • Experience with VMware ESX(i) and PowerShell.

What We Offer

  • Travel allowance of €0.26 per kilometer or full public transport compensation.
  • Home working allowance of €2.45 per work-at-home day, paid monthly.
