We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to manage the daily operations of our online store. This role encompasses merchandising, conversion strategies, and the operational details that influence monthly revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product listings, merchandising, and storefront content
• Enhance on-site search, navigation, and category organization
• Implement on-site promotions, bundles, and conversion campaigns
• Track performance metrics (conversion rate, AOV, traffic) and provide weekly reports
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service to resolve order issues
• Conduct experiments to boost site performance and revenue

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce KPIs and conversion optimization
• Proficient in GA4 and e-commerce analytics
• Familiarity with email, SMS, and on-site personalization tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to testing
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
