We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Product Researcher to help us find high-potential products and winning creatives. In this performance-driven role, your success will directly impact your earnings. You will analyze products, competitors, ads, trends, and creative strategies across various markets to inform our marketing team's product launches and scaling efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Identify high-potential and winning products for our e-commerce stores.
• Spot products that are beginning to scale before they become saturated.
• Discover winning ads, creatives, hooks, angles, and offers.
• Analyze competitors to understand their successful scaling strategies.
• Research trends on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and other advertising channels.
• Analyze indicators such as ad longevity, advertiser activity, engagement, creative variations, and scaling behavior.
• Create organized shortlists of products and creatives for our marketing team to test.
• Continuously refine the research process based on product performance.
• Explore new tools, data sources, and methods to gain a competitive edge.

• Other relevant product research, ad-spy, and competitor intelligence tools. We expect you to not only know how to use these tools but also to interpret the data effectively and recognize opportunities that others may overlook.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce product research.
• Strong background in researching products for DTC/e-commerce brands.
• Proven ability to identify winning products and creatives.
• Advanced knowledge of various ad-spy and product-research platforms.
• Strong understanding of paid social advertising, particularly on Meta and TikTok.
• Good grasp of what makes direct-response creatives convert.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Fast researcher capable of analyzing large volumes of products without compromising quality.
• Naturally curious, always seeking new trends, competitors, and opportunities.

Compensation & Performance Bonuses:

This position offers a base salary along with performance bonuses. Your bonuses will be directly tied to the success of the products you discover. When our marketing team launches a product you identified and successfully scales it, you will receive bonuses based on the advertising spend generated by that product. This means there is significant potential for researchers who consistently identify scalable products. Find average products to earn your base salary, or discover products that lead to hundreds of thousands or millions in advertising spend for significantly higher earnings.
