In this relatively new position, you will play a key role in enhancing quality and knowledge transfer within our organization. You will ensure coordination with various internal departments and be operationally and process responsible for the Oversight and Port Security process, working closely with a team of professionals. We are looking for an experienced colleague who is communicative and collaborative.
The Role
As a Duty Officer Oversight, you will focus on quality, knowledge transfer, and coordination with the staff department regarding audits, permits, client discussions, and dashboards. Together with the Operational Manager and the Traffic Duty Officer, you will manage the operational process of the Harbor Master from the HCC, ensuring an integrated and uniform approach. Your main emphasis will be on the oversight and enforcement process. You will work in a semi-continuous schedule from the World Port Center on Wilhelminakade and will frequently be present with operational colleagues in the harbor.
