The Role

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will engage with customers, providing professional and empathetic support through email, chat, and other digital channels. Your role will involve assisting users with search engine features, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and empathetic customer support to Dutch-speaking users via various digital communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to search engine features, account settings, and product functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of user satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the internal CRM system.
• Identify and escalate recurring or complex technical issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine platform features and policies to provide knowledgeable support.
• Contribute to team knowledge-sharing by providing feedback and participating in training sessions.
• Uphold brand values and quality standards in every customer interaction.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written) are essential; strong English is required for internal communication.
• Valid EU passport or relevant documentation for legal residence and remote work in Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in customer support, helpdesk, or digital customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
• Genuine interest in search engine technology and strong digital literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
