The Role

• Deliver exceptional support to Miele customers regarding high-end consumer electronics and home appliances.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and provide guidance on product specifications.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering premium, personalized service via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest innovations in the consumer electronics industry.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM to support service quality improvements.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong passion for technology and the consumer electronics sector.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment is a strong asset.
• Ability to work remotely in Greece as part of a high-performing international team.
