What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day

As the voice and digital point of contact for customers in Belgium and the Netherlands, you'll ensure a smooth shopping experience.

• Digital Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries primarily through written email and chat, with some phone support.
• Real Problem Solving: Assist shoppers with order tracking, delivery updates, damaged items, and size exchanges.
• Modern Tools: Utilize standard CRM platforms and 3 to 5 internal systems to deliver fast, top-tier service.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or C1-level Dutch, with solid conversational English (B2) for training and system navigation.
• Skills: Strong written communication skills in Dutch, comfortable typing speed, and decent computer knowledge.
• Mindset: Enthusiastic, open-minded, ready to learn, and excited about moving abroad! No experience? No problem! Previous retail, sales, or customer support experience is a bonus, but your positive attitude and eagerness to learn are what matter most.
