The Role:

In this position, you will assist customers through phone, chat, and email, addressing product inquiries, purchasing decisions, orders, deliveries, returns, and cancellations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional customer support in Dutch via inbound phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products and services.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while ensuring high service quality.
• Adhere to established processes, procedures, and scripts.
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused approach.

Requirements:

• Fluent/native-level Dutch.
• English B2 or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Training & Development:

You will receive fully paid training before commencing your role, along with a dedicated nesting period to ensure a smooth transition. Regular training sessions, refreshers, and cross-skilling opportunities will enable you to continuously enhance your customer service, product knowledge, and sales support skills.

What We Offer:

• Salary: €1,300–€1,500 gross/month x 14 salaries, based on the project.
