As a DTC Operations Professional for EMEA, you will ensure exceptional service across our Direct-to-Consumer channels, enhancing customer experience and fostering profitable growth. You will work closely with various teams to support eCommerce, Marketplace, and Retail operations, driving a seamless fulfillment process.

In this role, you will monitor outstanding orders across DTC channels, proactively addressing any issues to meet customer expectations while minimizing logistics costs. As a subject matter expert, you will troubleshoot problems, propose process improvements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Monitor outstanding orders across DTC channels and address processing and delivery issues.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for DTC OPS, executing follow-up actions and proposing improvements.
• Identify outliers and risks, proposing solutions and escalating when necessary.
• Communicate the status of eCommerce and Marketplace orders, especially during peak periods.
• Drive Retail fulfillment execution in collaboration with partners and support Brand Houses in EMEA.
• Collect forecast inputs and analyze data to ensure sufficient logistics capacity.
• Assist the Manager, DTC OPS with ad hoc requests and provide backup during absences.
• Support testing activities for new carrier implementations and service enhancements.
• Manage Retail floor set changes and capacity planning.
• Onboard new Marketplace partners and support supply chain network design.
• Coordinate activities with consignment partners regarding outbound shipments and returns.
• Build and maintain relationships across Supply Chain teams and external partners.
• Drive action and escalate issues to resolve operational challenges impacting customer experience.
• Apply a commercial mindset to align operations with broader business priorities.

Vereisten

• Hands-on experience with MS Office (advanced Excel) and SAP (preferably FMS).
• Strong interest in Retail and Digital supply chain operations.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Initiative as a self-starter, able to prioritize and manage multiple requests.
• Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a supply chain management related field.
• Previous experience in eCommerce, Marketplace, or Retail.
• Experience with process optimization and systems.
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
