You will work within the National Investigation and Interventions Unit (LO). We combat serious organized crime, including terrorism, cybercrime, financial crimes, and state interference. Our work focuses not only on the perpetrators but also on their clients, financial flows, and logistical networks. We collaborate closely with regional units, national and international partners to ensure the safety of the Netherlands. Our approach is decisive, persistent, and innovative, involving special interventions and covert operations.

Within the LO, the generic investigation branch falls under the Serious Organized Crime (SOC) domain. The Generic Investigation Department 3 in Zoetermeer consists of four diverse investigation teams, supported by the digi-data platform. The team you will join focuses primarily on combating serious organized crime. Our teams are versatile, robust, and agile, receiving daily support for complex investigations, such as financial and digital expertise. Colleagues in Generic Investigation are characterized by their persistence, drive, curiosity, and resilience.

As a dossier creator, you will primarily work within one team. You will join Team 14 and collaborate closely with another dossier creator from the team. You will receive thorough training and guidance from an experienced colleague.
