We are seeking a Document Specialist to oversee the organization, formatting, and management of documents throughout the business. This role requires a blend of speed, precision, and a keen eye for design to keep our documentation accurate, accessible, and aligned with our brand.

The Role

You will be responsible for producing and editing documents according to both internal and client specifications, maintaining document templates, style guides, and branded asset libraries, managing version control and document workflows, converting documents between formats (Word, PDF, Google Docs), supporting contract assembly and execution workflows, and ensuring organized digital filing systems with accurate metadata.

• Excellent detail orientation and proofreading skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
