Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the organization’s document control processes, ensuring accurate capture, organization, and accessibility of project documents.
Implement and enforce document control procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
Coordinate the distribution and retrieval of documents, ensuring timely access for stakeholders.
Ensure security and confidentiality of documents by implementing access controls and monitoring systems.
Maintain organized digital and physical document archives, ensuring proper labeling, indexing, and storage.
Monitor document workflows, tracking submissions, reviews, and approvals for timely completion.
Assist in digitizing physical documents and integrating them into electronic document management systems (EDMS).
Provide training and support on document control procedures and systems to staff.
Collaborate with project teams and external vendors to manage documentation flow, ensuring accuracy and proper filing.
Report on document control activities to management, updating on processing status and any arising issues.
