We have redefined the culinary scene with our legendary formula: original Neapolitan pizza made with premium-quality ingredients directly from Italy, a dough that rests for up to 72 hours, and a baking time of exactly 60 seconds at 485 degrees. Our mission is simple: Save yourself the trip to Naples! Now, we are expanding our rapidly evolving brand across borders to bring the #bestpizzaintown to the Netherlands. At the end of November 2026, we will open our very first Dutch location in the heart of Amsterdam at Spuistraat 291. You are the backbone of our backend operations. Your mission is to keep our high-energy restaurant running smoothly by ensuring the kitchen always has clean equipment, sparkling plates, and pristine glasses:

• Dishwashing Operations: Operate and maintain our commercial dishwashers, thoroughly cleaning plates, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen utensils (manually when required).
• Machine Care: Take care of your equipment, ensuring the dishwashers function flawlessly through routine upkeep and cleanliness.
• Waste Management: Manage correct waste disposal to keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and orderly at all times.
• Kitchen Hygiene: Perform interim and end-of-shift deep cleaning in the kitchen area to actively maintain our top-tier hygiene and food safety environments.
• Team Synergy: Act as a critical support system for the kitchen and service crews, helping out with hands-on tasks whenever a smooth workflow is needed.
